Green Heart of Scandinavia
NiNa Innovation has worked with three regions in western Sweden and southern Norway to initiate new biobased value chains.
In the project "Green Heart of Scandinavia", NiNa Innovation interviewed over thirty actors that are or could be active in new value chains to produce biomaterials, biochemicals, biofuels, or provide services connected to the bioeconomy. The project identifed four possible pilot projects within Region Värmland, Västra Götalandsregionen and Östfold Fylkeskommune. The project was carried out under the umbrella of the cluster Paper Province.
